The counting of votes, for Vidhan Sabha elections being held in Delhi, Goa and Nandyal began at 8 am in the morning. Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar has won the Panaji bypoll seat defeating his nearest Congress rival. Counting is still going on in Bawana and Nandyal.
